SYK type waste heat regeneration adsorption drying device
The working principle of
Absorbed heat regenerative dryer has the advantages of heat temperature adsorption dryer stripping and without thermal blot machine room temperature the characteristics of large adsorption capacity, avoid awkward hot blot machine switch time is short, the regeneration gas consumption big shortcoming, also overcomes the disadvantages of large heat blot mechanical and electrical consumption, it takes advantage of the characteristics of high discharge temperature of compressor for the regeneration of the adsorbent dehydration, at the same time using variable temperature pressure swing adsorption principle, a device to dry compressed air. Applicable to the exhaust temperature in 110℃ after the air compressor.

Pressure loss: ≤ 0.04mpa
Note:
the exhaust temperature of compressed air must be ≥110℃ to prevent the air from dehydrating the desiccant in depth.
