SYB type no heat regeneration adsorption drying device
The working principle of
SYB without heat regenerative dryer is according to the principle of pressure swing adsorption to a kind of drying equipment, compressed air adsorption moisture in the compressed air, pressurized conditions make the compressed air when dry, part of decompression with dry compressed air purging adsorbent, born to rain adsorbent, two alternates, recycling and dry compressed air blasting is obtained. According to the different atmospheric pressure dew point of compressed air, choose different adsorbents, commonly used adsorbents are activated alumina, molecular sieve, etc.

◆ dry air at the outlet of the control air source cited from the adsorption tower, to avoid oil and water pollution control valve and air way, to prevent valve rust and air way jam;
